With well over a decade of experience in higher education and leadership, Ciara has built her life’s work around serving, mentoring, and guiding others toward their next chapter. The Genesis Collaborative was born from a deep truth: for years, Ciara often gave what she should have been receiving. Partnered with trainings, education, and experience, she poured into others while quietly longing for the kind of support, guidance, and healing that always seemed out of reach.
It was in those moments that God began to minister to her in ways no program or position ever could. Ciara realized the very thing she was missing was what she was called to build, not only for herself, but for countless others searching for the same.
From that calling, Discipled By Design was created, a life coaching practice designed to move beyond the surface and bring real-time healing, growth, and transformation. The coaching is honest, sometimes stretching, but always life-changing. Alongside it, Ciara launched Destined Leadership Consulting, where she helps leaders and organizations rediscover that true leadership is not about power, but about service, integrity, and cultivating cultures where people feel valued and inspired.
