All course and workshop payments are processed securely online.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase if the course has not been accessed or materials downloaded.
After accessing course materials, no refunds are issued.
Enrollment in self-paced courses grants 90 day access, unless otherwise specified.

All content including videos, PDFs, audio, graphics, and course materials, is owned by Genesis Collaborative- is protected by copyright and trademark law and is the exclusive property of Genesis Collaborative or its licensors. You may:
Access and use the content for personal learning purposes

Certificates are only issued for Destined Leadership Consulting Workshops and Sessions (both live and self-paced). Self-paced courses without workshops do not include certificates.
How long will I have access to the content? +
Participants typically have access for 90 days from enrollment, unless otherwise stated. Access may be revoked if content is shared, distributed, or participation violates terms of use.
