- 🔹Module 1- Teaching: Applying Biblical Principles in LeadershipIn this teaching segment, you’ll explore how biblical truths guide everyday leadership decisions, from managing resources and resolving conflict to setting the tone for ethical behavior. This session encourages leaders to see themselves as caretakers of God’s people and resources, accountable for how they use their position to advance His Kingdom.2
- 🔹Module 2- Servant Leadership TeachingServant leadership is the heart of biblical leadership. In this lesson, you’ll explore how to lead with a humble heart, placing the needs of others above your own. Leaders will be encouraged to model the values and work ethic they desire in their teams, creating a culture rooted in respect, empowerment, and purpose. This session reminds participants that leadership is not about control, it’s about cultivating growth, guiding others toward excellence, and stewarding influence with compassion.2
- 🔹Module 3- Character Development TeachingCharacter is the cornerstone of leadership. This teaching dives into the importance of integrity, living a life of honesty, humility, and moral uprightness. Leaders will reflect on how pride can erode influence, and how humility keeps the heart aligned with God’s will. You’ll also explore how the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22–23) provides the foundation for Christ-like leadership. Coaching moments will guide you in cultivating love, patience, kindness, and self-control, virtues that transform both the leader and the led.2
- 🔹Module 4- Wisdom and Discernment TeachingThis lesson empowers leaders to walk boldly yet wisely. You’ll learn how to lead through uncertainty and opposition with courage, clarity, and reliance on God’s Word. Leaders will be reminded to seek divine guidance before making decisions, act justly, love mercy, and protect the vulnerable. Through this session, you’ll discover that wisdom is not just intellect, it’s the quiet confidence that comes from walking closely with God.2
- 🌿Journal ReflectionHere, participants will slow down to reflect deeply. Journal prompts will encourage leaders to evaluate their own leadership through the lens of Scripture: -How do I currently demonstrate servant leadership, character, and discernment? -In what areas might pride, fear, or indecision hinder my growth as a biblical leader? -What small shifts can I make this week to lead more intentionally in alignment with God’s principles? Additional prompts will help participants outline simple, practical ways to integrate the three core teachings, servant leadership, character development, and wisdom, into their daily leadership rhythm.1
- 🔹Scenario ActivityIn this interactive exercise, leaders will examine real-world dilemmas and practice applying biblical truth to modern challenges. Examples include: -Wisdom & Discernment: Navigating difficult employees with grace and direction. -Character Development: Making ethical decisions when faced with pride or pressure. -Servant Leadership: Balancing authority and humility when team dynamics become tense. Participants will apply scriptural reasoning and moral reflection to each scenario, learning how to lead with both conviction and compassion.2
- 🔹Module 5- Five-Day Implementation ChallengeThis week-long challenge transforms learning into practice. Each day focuses on a core principle and provides a Scripture for guidance. Participants will use their journal templates to record daily reflections and outcomes. Day 1: Wisdom & Discernment- Begin each day with prayer, asking God for wisdom to lead with clarity and humility. (James 1:5) Day 2: Servant Leadership- Intentionally support and serve your team. Lead with empathy, listen with grace, and empower others to succeed. (Philippians 2:3–4) Day 3: Stewardship- Strategically manage time, people, and resources with excellence and accountability. (Luke 16:10) Day 4: Reflection- Pause to acknowledge progress, challenges, and emotional growth. Identify patterns where God is refining your leadership. (Psalm 139:23–24) Day 5: Sustainability- Create a plan to continue practicing these principles daily, shaping a leadership lifestyle grounded in faith. (Proverbs 16:3) This section bridges the gap between faith and function- challenging leaders to live out what they’ve learned in tangible, measurable ways.1
- 🔹Module 6- ReflectionAfter completing the week-long implementation, participants will reflect on their journey: Which principles were already evident in your leadership style? Which new principles challenged or stretched you most? How will you sustain biblical leadership habits long-term? This guided reflection helps participants design a personalized leadership plan that keeps them grounded in Scripture while navigating modern workplace realities.1
- 🌿Closing PrayerAs we come to the end of this course, I want to thank you by sharing a heartfelt prayer that invites you to recommit your leadership to God, interceding for you and asking for continued wisdom, humility, and discernment to lead with excellence and grace. This moment of stillness closes the course in gratitude and purpose.2
- ✨BONUS!As an additional thank you to the first 25 participants (well, now Family), I want to extend a an opportunity to schedule 1 free consulting/coaching session with Destined Leadership Consulting to further explore their growth areas, receive personalized guidance, and develop a faith-driven action plan for continued success.1
