In the form of Christian Life Coaching rooted in Faith, Purpose, and real-time Transformation – Discipled By Design’s mission is to walk alongside individuals as they heal from the inside out, discover their God-given purpose, and step into life with confidence, integrity, and wholeness.
Live and Virtual Workshops/Sessions
Although most of Discipled By Design’s Coaching will be hosted via virtual session, Destined Leadership Consulting workshops and trainings are available both in person and via online.

Providing a high level of professional development for rising leaders and current leaders looking, Destined Leadership Consulting workshops and trainings mission is to develop servant leaders who lead with empathy, vision, and accountability, equipping them to guide teams and organizations with excellence and integrity.

Hellllllo 👋🏽 And welcome to The Genesis Collaborative. I’m Ciara, founder and CEO, but most importantly, a servant leader, prayer warrior, mother, author, and leadership development consultant.
For over a decade, I’ve poured my heart into helping leaders grow through coaching, mentoring, training, and biblical servanthood. My philosophy is simple: real leadership starts with healing, purpose, and accountability. I believe in leading with transparency, empathy, and integrity – while empowering others to rise to their God-given potential. My mission is to equip leaders who are vision-driven, Kingdom-minded, and rooted in biblical truth.
